The Rainbow Connection

Why are there so many
Songs about rainbows
And what's on the other side
Rainbow's are visions
They're only illusions
And rainbows have nothing to hide
So we've been told and some chose to
Believe it
But I know they're wrong wait and see

Someday we'll find it
The Rainbow Connection
The lovers, the dreamers and me

Who said that every wish
Would be heard and answered
When wished on the morning star
Somebody thought of that
And someone believed it
And look what it's done so far
What's so amazing
That keeps us star gazing
What so we think we might see

Someday we'll find it
That Rainbow Connection
The lovers the dreamers and me

Have you been half asleep
And have you heard voices
I've heard them calling my name
Are these the sweet sounds that called
The young sailors
I think they're one and the same
I've heard it too many times to ignore it
There's something that I'm supposed to be

Someday we'll find it
The Rainbow Connection
The lovers, the dreamers and me.

This song has been on repeat mode on my iTune, iPod and blog since last night.
Was sang by many singers over the years.
Including Kermit the Frog from Sesame Street.
I personally prefer the carpenter's version.

I don't know how to describe it.
I just find it really nice.
I particularly love this part:
Someday we'll find it
The Rainbow Connection
The lovers, the dreamers and me.
Thanks to Sock-ess for sharing!

I went to catch the movie "10 promises to my dog".

Brought back memories of Baby.
Got me sobbing throughout the show.
But I was smart enough not to get anyone along to watch with me :D
A really emotional show.
People who love:

Talking about Quill, someone borrowed my Quill disc and it never came back!
OK!
So, ya and people who love dogs, won't wanna miss this show.
It's ending soon!
For people who don't have a passion for dogs.
It's another sad, sobby, boring japanese show with no pretty girls and and handsome dude.
Save your bucks for Dark Knight!!!
